This comfortable hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was first-class. The breakfast was marvellous and the staff were understanding. The property's position was good and fab, in a town square.

Greatly enjoyed our double room, it was modern and well-stocked. The location was perfect and nice, in two banks of four, in the very very nice area.
The bathroom was a bit small.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Handy location on the late ferry, very amiable staff, everything was very comfortable. Guest room was stylish and top-class with the perfect breakfast.

Had a very lovely stay in the night on the Saturday, everything was first-class. Lots of food items served for marvellous breakfast. Loved the way our family queen room was. Plus, we parked on-site.

Planned to see Poole major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. The check-in was efficient and the atmosphere was family overall. We were there for 1 night, overall had a very comfortable stay.

Enjoyed the price of our family queen room and its essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast with pastry, yoghurt and options of pastry was marvellous. Tbh, had a comfortable stay in the night on the Saturday.
